Provenance Works
Enduring Objects for Everyday Living
Solid hardwood cutting boards and restored furniture.
Crafted by hand in Connecticut
Provenance is what gives an object meaning — where it comes from, what it’s been through, and what remains.
I’ve spent my career around carefully crafted products — each with its own story and sense of place.
Provenance Works is that passion made real.
I craft kitchen boards in solid hardwood and restore vintage furniture — each piece shaped and finished by hand.
Studio Objects
Architectural objects carved from exceptional wood.
Prep Board
~8 × 6
$95
A smaller format for everyday use — quick prep, garnish, and close-in work.
Studio Board
16 × 8 × 1.25"
$185
Balanced in scale and weight, designed for daily use and quiet presence in the kitchen.
Foundation Board
~20 × 14 × 2"
$285
A larger, more substantial piece — built for serving, gathering, and anchoring the space around it.
Each piece begins with a single board, hand-selected and curated one at a time for grain, tone, and proportion. Shaped and finished by hand in Westport, Connecticut, using food-safe oils that deepen the material while preserving its natural character.
Each object is inherently unique—the grain, markings, and tone ensure no two are ever the same.
