Much like a chef carefully sources ingredients, exceptional boards begin with exceptional wood. I spend hours sorting through stacks of rough Walnut and Maple, searching for pieces with distinctive grain, beautiful color, and character. The right board begins long before the first cut.

I choose Maple and Walnut because they embody a balance I believe in: form and function, beauty and utility, purpose and permanence. Both have been trusted in kitchens for generations—naturally antimicrobial, exceptionally durable, and prized for the warmth and character they bring to a home.
